CareLink is a non-profit management service organization founded in 1997 to take advantage of collaborative opportunities, strategic innovations with the intent of providing high quality senior care throughout the state of Rhode Island.
PACE provides care to frail elders who want to remain living in the community. The interdisciplinary team works with clients and families to develop a care plan that represents common goals. St. Clare enjoys a contract with PACE for skilled nursing, assisted living and adult day health.
Rooted in a vital Trinitarian spirituality, the Daughters of the Holy Spirit are called, like Mary, to reverence in a special way the presence and power of the Holy Spirit within, in others and in all creation. Living in the Spirit of Pentecost, the Daughters of the Holy Spirit continue the mission of the Risen Christ through a simple presence, humble gestures and collaborative efforts. The Daughters of the Holy Spirit are sent forth in Gospel boldness to witness God’s tender love for all, especially the least favored, “that all may have life and have it to the full.”
LeadingAgeRI was formally organized in 1989 as an association of non-profit facilities and services primarily for the elderly. LeadingAgeRI members include senior housing, assisted living, nursing homes and home and community based services. For profit members are welcomed under certain circumstances. LeadingAgeRI is also an affiliate of the national association LeadingAge.
The members of the national association Leading Age help millions of individuals and their families every day through mission-driven, not-for-profit organizations dedicated to providing the services that people need, when they need them, in the place they call home. Leading Age’s commitment is to create the future of aging services through quality people can trust.
